Jill’s MOVE BREATHE ROLL online classes focus on movement biomechanics and soft-tissue recovery/precovery (self-massage), often centering around a particular body area or common ailment to help you manage pain, improve mobility and increase resiliency. The MOVE BREATHE ROLL program also includes live monthly mentor sessions to help enrich your understanding of the exercises and sequences of each class.
