The Decompression Trio allows for a myriad of different downregulating exercise combinations which is used throughout the Body By Breath book. The Coregeous® Ball is an inflatable, air-filled sponge ball with a unique grippy “skin” used to massage and activate your core, stretch your psoas, and more. The YTU Therapy Ball is a solid rubber ball used to target specific trigger points and high-tension areas.
