A Little About Me

My Specialties: Helping Moms take back ownership of their health, life and body everyday!

What's up! I'm Ash and my biggest passion is helping people just like you help themselves when it comes to permanent weight loss, melting away chronic pain, improving life performance, and living a more movement rich, happy, and healthy  life.

As a former Chiropractic/PT Assistant, Holistic Trainer, and now the Movement Director of Panda Planner, I've had the pleasure of working with all kinds of people from all walks of life with all kinds of conditions, in all sorts of environments! However, as a mom of 2, I have a special place in my heart for working with Moms.

I've since created of Fit In Minutes, an online health & fitness membership where I help busy moms break free from the ‘all or nothing’ fitness mindset. I teach moms how to fuse fitness and health into their daily lives—without hours at the gym, complicated routines, or the yo-yo effect of the fad diet—so they can finally build lasting energy, confidence, strength, and joy that they deserve. Because I firmly believe that movement is medicine, and fitness isn’t about finding more time, it’s about making movement work for YOU. And that’s exactly what I help moms do

Naturally, becoming Tune Up Fitness® Certified, was a no brainer and an absolute perfect fit as I take an integrated approach in everything I live, breathe, embody and teach! 

I've been in the rehab, fitness, health, and weight loss "industry" for over 15 years and my training continues to evolve as science changes with the ultimate goal in helping you feel your best, look your best, and live your best life.

In addition to teaching movement and holistic health, I grew up a competitive gymnast . It’s safe to say you can find me upside-down on everything, enjoying nature on the boat with my family, or blasting music and dancing in my backyard while doing physical labor (#woodlife)

My teaching, training, and coaching is rooted in functional movement, behavior change and habit formation, nervous system regulation, active mobility and recovery, as well as body weight barefoot strength training. If you want to MOVE, FEEL, LIVE and LOOK the best you’ve ever moved, felt, looked and lived and stay that way forever…that’s where I come in 🫀
