Liselotte is a Yoga Tune Up Teacher and a Roll Model Practioner based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
She is a passionate teacher who always strives to make her teaching creative and modern so it is both inclusive and challenging for her students and thereby effective.
-Besides that her classes have a relaxed and playful athmosphere where questions are welcomed.
Liselotte also holds certifications in Hatha yoga (200RYT) and in Anatomy, Physiology and Healthcare (300h), and is constantly
learning and developing her teaching skills and movement practice.
Liselotte finds inspiration from many types of movement styles e.g. pilates, Yin yoga, strength and mobility training etc.
