Lauren Moore

Lauren is a licensed massage therapist (NM8720), NASM Certified Personal Trainer, YA RYT200 Yoga Teacher, X-Pert Fitness Level 1 Certified Pole Teacher, Natural Therapeutics Specialist, and Barre Instructor among other things. Lauren's love of dance and movement informs her bodywork practices in which she integrates deep-tissue therapeutic work, energetic modalities, and movement practices to create a holistic and unique regimen for each client. Her aim is to use her experience with lifelong chronic pain and illness that has been remedied through numerous Eastern and Western practices to help educate people on their bodies and empower them in their own healing journeys. She has learned that movement is the most fundamental medicine; whether that be the movement of energy through our bodies, or our bodies through space.
