A Little About Me
I am a 200 HR RYT who loves helping people increase mobility while also decreasing stress. I discovered yoga several years ago and immediately fell in love with it when the teacher literally relaxed every muscle in my body simply with her voice during savasana. I had to learn this magic!! Several years later, my favorite asana to teach and to practice is still savasana.
I discovered Yoga Tune Up® through Katy Bowman’s Don’t Just Sit There eBook. I was immediately hooked by the power and simplicity of the Tune Up® balls. Again, here was something that I just MUST learn more about.
My classes are a light-hearted mixture of creative Yoga Tune Up® poses, the old favorites, and a dash of restorative movements. You can be sure to laugh, learn more about your body, and leave feeling lighter, calmer and a bit…fluffier, which is a good thing. :)
