A Little About Me

I have been a student of taekwondo since 2013. To have better balance, flexibility, strength and endurance, over the years I started supplementing with yoga, pilates, strength training, running and stationary rowing.  During 2020 yoga replaced my morning commute, and my growing interest in vinyasa yoga led to completing a 200-RYT in March of 2024. I learned about Tune Up Fitness halfway through YTT and knew it was the direction I wanted to focus on.  Through my experience as a private teacher and online teacher for my colleagues I know that vinyasa isn't for everyone, but Yoga Tune Up, the Roll Model Method, and Body by Breath are accessible, adaptable and beneficial for everyone I work with.  I enjoy working with people new to physical activities and stretching because it's exciting to witness people discover their bodies and abilities.
