At Home Program - Level 4, Month 1

This class combines core conditioning with hip soothing movements to strengthen and support the spine and abdominal core. Hip stretches around the pelvis, including both the Leg Stretch Series and head to knee poses, help to open and lengthen the muscles that weave 360 degrees around the pelvis.
